Success Tips for Your Business Loan Application
It's getting tougher and tougher these days to get any sort of loan. Don't give up yet! You do have some
control over your options. Before you apply for a small business loan, prepare yourself with positive borrower
attributes that lenders are looking for, and you'll have better success.
Demonstrate how you plan to turn a profit or boost revenues. Banks are more likely to lend money to those
who are able to pay them back. If you're just starting out, draw up a business plan.

The good news is that eBay sellers have options!
The first is that you are able to sell your items in various online auction venues (OnlineAuction.com, eCrater.com) - some of which don't even charge a fee for sellers to list items.
And second, and too obvious that you might have overlooked it, is that if your products SELL at higher
prices, this automatically covers the increased eBay fees.
So how do you get your auctions to bring in more money? Here are 10 tips from eBay Selling Expert Urban

Home Business of the Month: Doing What You love
Every month I try to find cool, new business ideas to write about. So what is the new, cool business this
month? Well, if YOU'RE doing it, it's got to be all about what YOU love.
Easy as that may seem, many times we don't know what that is. We're so caught up trying to create an
incredible business, make lots of money or just pay the bills that we don't ever think about if we'd enjoy
doing it.
If you want to start a business, but you don't know what you want to do, think about what you like to do in
your spare time. What are your hobbies? What type of activities do you spend your money on, your time thinking
about or your energy doing? How could you incorporate these activities into a business that makes you
money?
- Are you creative? You could create and sell a product (or create it and have someone else sell
it).
- Would you rather offer a service? You don't have to have specialized knowledge or an advanced degree -
pet sitting is great example of how you can provide a simple service and make good money while enjoying
your work.
- Can you write? You can offer useful information about virtually anything and have a great career as a
travel writer, food writer or movie critic. You can start small - publishing basic ebooks and offering them
online - with low overhead and hardly any risk, you have the opportunity to turn a sizable profit in no
time. Of course, you can also write worldwide bestsellers.
There's no one saying you can't.
Here is a great resource to help you discover what you love and start a business doing it:
