"People keep quitting". Here are 3 things that I know will help improve your retention rate. Get Them A Check! New rookies don't need a huge check to radically alter their belief systems. It's remarkable how much longer a rookie will stay in the game when they have business cards. For some psychological reason they can't quit until they have given out their cards. But don't use the company cards. They have no sales message and no benefit statements. He plays investigative reporter and asks them questions on how the products from their MLM company have benefited them after about 4-6 weeks. He has hours of testimonials to use. And all of his frontline has tremendous product stories to share, because he makes them rehearse it and write it out before taping them. Even subtle benefits, if brought into the customer's consciousness, are often enough to create lifetime product loyalty. People quit everything, all the time. If you can increase the retention time that someone stays on your product even by 1-2 months it can have a huge impact on your bonus check! I appreciate you!
