Massage Business Marketing Secrets 1-2-3
The 3 Secrets to Success Massage MarketingAre you new to marketing massage
therapy? Or perhaps you've tried marketing your massage business and have not succeeded in getting the
clients you want. It's probably left you confused and wondering how you are ever going to do this. Never
fear! I've written some tips for you to get started on bringing in the clients you want with these tips
for massage marketing success.
Number 1:
Know who you are marketing to. In massage therapy you'll find we can't just market to "everyone" even though
massage is indeed good for everyone. But "everyone" isn't going to come to you, only certain groups of people
are. It's important to get a solid understanding of who those people are, what they want and why they come to
you. Have a look at your own clients now and see if you can find any similarities with them. Once this process
is done you can start marketing to more people like them.
Number 2:
Don't worry about competition. I never ever worried about competition and I was busier than ever. There will
always be competition and its something you'll have to deal with. Perhaps you can put your energy worry about
your competition, into your marketing. It's fine to look at what they are doing, but don't stress, just become
a better service person.
Number 3:
It's not about the money. Clients won't be as focused on the money as you might think. Clients want relief,
relaxation and to feel comfortable in your presence and the cost is secondary. Okay, if you decided one day to
charge $500 per hour for your treatments they may say something, but you get the idea. If they are seriously
getting the benefits they want they are not going to worry about a few dollars here and there.
It'so much better to be putting energy and focus into what your client wants, rather than worrying about the
superficial distractions like competitors and whether to charge $70 per hour or $75 per hour. If you are truly
giving them relief and relaxation and treating them how they want to be treated you'll find this is a winning
formula for long term success.
